See how it works
SELF-SERVICE THAT HOLDS UP

Grounded in your articles.

The assistant is built to be right or to say so, so customers get a real answer or a real person.

01

Your articles, organized

Publish help articles in categories customers can browse and search from the portal.

02

Ask in plain words

Customers ask a question and get an answer written from your published articles.

03

Sources on every answer

Each answer links the articles it used, and answers expire when those articles change.

04

Checked before it is shown

A second AI check confirms every claim is supported by the sources. Unsupported answers are never shown.

05

One step to a person

When the answer is not enough, the customer turns the question into a ticket with the context attached.

06

Part of your support desk

Handed-off questions arrive with your other tickets, under your SLAs and workflows.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you
get started.

Where do the assistant's answers come from?

Only from the help articles you have published. Every answer cites the articles it used, and a second check confirms each claim is supported before the customer sees it.

What happens when the articles do not cover a question?

The assistant says it cannot answer instead of guessing, and the customer can turn the question into a support ticket in one step.

Which AI does it use?

The AI account your workspace connects, such as OpenAI or Anthropic. Your provider bills you directly, with no NodeHub markup.

Which plans include the Help Center?

Every plan, including Free. The assistant needs an AI account connected to your workspace.
