Current providers

Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Azure): hosting of the application, database, file storage, key management, logs and backups. All customer data. United States (Central US region).

Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Entra External ID): sign-in and account verification. Name, email address and sign-in records. United States.

Cloudflare, Inc.: DNS, encryption and traffic protection for nodehub.dev and app.nodehub.dev. All data in transit, including IP addresses. Cloudflare's worldwide network.

Stripe, Inc.: payments, subscriptions and invoices. Billing contact, payment details and subscription records. United States.

Zoho Corporation: email for support and privacy requests. Messages you send us and our replies. United States.

Resend, Inc.: delivery of the emails the application sends (invitations, notifications, support replies and billing notices). Recipient email addresses and message content. United States.

Services your workspace connects

AI model providers, CRMs, mailboxes and other services your workspace connects are not NodeHub subprocessors. Your organization chooses them, supplies the account or key, and decides what data they receive, under its own agreement with each provider.

Changes to providers

We update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing customer data. To object, email [email protected] within that period. If we cannot resolve a reasonable objection, you may cancel the affected service and we will refund any prepaid fees for the period after the change.
