Questions and answers

A few things worth knowing.

The practical details before you connect your tools and build your first process.

Product preview: workspace access opens at launch. Follow the launch.

Choosing your starting point

How can I get help from the NodeHub team?

At launch, all support from the NodeHub team will be provided by email, on every plan.

What is NodeHub?

NodeHub brings customer support, workflow automation and AI tools into one workspace. Desk holds the conversation and customer context; Automation connects the actions that follow.

Do I need support tickets to use workflows?

No. Workflows can start from their configured triggers. You can build an automation process independently of Desk.

Where can I compare plans?

The pricing page shows the current public plan information. Use the plan details and checkout summary to confirm the products, billing interval and allowances before subscribing.

Connections and data

How do I know what an integration supports?

Open the service's connection page. It lists implemented public workflow actions, permissions and limitations. Entries marked Account connection have an account setup path but no dedicated workflow actions listed.

Does connecting an account automatically sync its data?

No. A connection check confirms the particular access described on the service page. Configure an action or workflow and verify its output to perform the work you intend.

Can I use my own AI API key?

Yes, for supported providers. Configure the account in AI > Models. Model access and provider charges follow the account you connect.

Are credentials exposed in the public catalog?

No. The directory contains service information and public operation metadata. Account setup and credentials belong in the authenticated workspace.

Building and running

What happens when I install a workflow template?

It becomes a private, editable draft in your workspace. Review its inputs, required connections and AI requirements. Configure and test it before publishing.

Can I import workflows from n8n?

Yes. Preview an n8n JSON export, review translated and blocked steps, and save an unpublished draft. Reconnect accounts and resolve configuration gaps. Imported workflows require testing and human approval before activation; support depends on each step and its configuration.

Can I import support data from Plain?

Yes. An administrator can preview supported Plain conversation and timeline batches before applying them. Verify source permissions, mappings and recorded import results. Support channels and provider accounts need separate setup.

Can a workflow wait for a person?

Yes. Add an approval step where your process needs human review, and configure the approved and rejected paths.

How do I check what happened in a run?

Open workflow run history and inspect the recorded steps, outputs and errors. Confirm important external changes in the connected service as well.

Are the product tour's reports real customer results?

No. The tour is an illustration of the product. It does not represent measured performance or expose a customer's workspace.
