Yes. Free covers one member with 1,000 workflow runs and 1 GB of storage a month, workflows with unlimited steps, and basic customer-support tools: tickets, email, web chat and the Help Center. No card is needed.
One run is one start of a workflow, however many steps it has. Steps are never counted or billed.
Nothing is billed by usage. New runs pause with a message that names the limit and the date it resets. You can add members, each with 10,000 runs and 10 GB, or add run packs of 10,000 runs for $10 a month.
Yearly plans are 12 months for the price of 10, so you get 2 months free: $100, $400 or $450 per member per year.
No. You connect your own AI provider account and the provider bills you directly. NodeHub adds no markup.
n8n charges by workflow runs and Plain by support seat. NodeHub includes both: 10,000 runs per member and support features such as SLAs and Microsoft Teams, which Plain keeps for its $99 Horizon plan, from $33.33 per member a month billed yearly.
